How to request deletion

1. Complete the request form below.
2. Provide any identifier that can help us find the records, such as a player or installation ID, an app-store order ID, or the email used for feedback or support.
3. We will acknowledge the request and may ask for reasonable verification before deleting data.

Do not send a password or full payment-card number. If the form is unavailable, email privacy@appydos.com with the subject “Balled Up Data Deletion Request”.

Data we delete

After verification, we delete or de-identify records controlled by Appydos that we can reasonably match to the information supplied, including:

• gameplay, progression and installation-linked records stored by Appydos;
• feedback or support records associated with the supplied email or identifier;
• identifiable analytics and diagnostic records where they can be located; and
• RevenueCat customer-profile and entitlement metadata linked to a supplied App User ID, subject to the exceptions below.

We will also instruct service providers acting as our processors to delete matched data where necessary and technically available. Data controlled independently by Google, Apple or an advertising provider may need to be managed through that provider's privacy controls.

Data we may retain

• app-store transaction, payment, tax and accounting records for up to seven years, or longer only when applicable law requires it;
• records needed for security, fraud prevention, disputes or legal claims for as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose;
• a minimal record of the deletion request and its outcome for up to three years, so we can demonstrate that it was handled; and
• aggregated or irreversibly de-identified statistics that can no longer reasonably be linked to you.

Timing

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. We will tell you if applicable law permits or requires more time. Deleted information may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 additional days before those backups are overwritten in the ordinary cycle.
